PURCHASING - Instruments listed as NOW AVAILABLE but not currently offered for sale on eBay can be purchased by placing an email (info@mandoharp.com) or phone (61-2-66554545) order.

PAYMENT - We accept payment by Direct Deposit, PayPal and Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa online through PayPal). For Australian customers Direct Deposit is preferred (our bank is a branch of the Commonwealth). For international customers PayPal is preferred. Payment by Bank Cheque/Money Order can also be accepted by prior arrangement. .

COMING SOON - Online ordering and payment direct from our secure server at www.mandoharp.com will be available in the next major release of our web site - due early in the new year.

SHIPPING - We ship orders on the same day of cleared payment (if payment received before 12 noon on a business day) or on the next business day. All our instrument are packaged with care, if necessary using cut-to-size foam and cardboard surrounds, bubble wrap and padded post bags. All our instrument cases are carefully sealed in plastic before additional padding and packaging is added as described. Printed labels are attached to all sides of each MandoHarp package - we do our best to make it as easy and obvious as possible for the Post Office. Combined shipping discounts are applied to all multiple-item purchases.

F5 Style  Instruments with a body shape based on the Gibson F5 played by Bill Munroe, the father of bluegrass. Three points to the body with the top one scrolled. Two f-shaped sound holes. Scrolled headstock. The classic bluegrass mandolin shape.

F4 Style  Instruments with a scrolled headstock and a three-pointed body with a horn rather than a scroll on the bass side. These are currently referred to as F4 style in Taiwan and Vietnam however the original Gibson F4 usually had a scrolled point on the bass-side of the body (as on the F5) and an O-hole rather than F-holes.

All MandoHarp instruments are tracked from the moment of their original creation or purchase. Each instrument is assessed by an expert musician when received and again before offering it for sale. A brief report is written and stored in our database for each item, noting paticularly our expert assessment on receipt, any work performed on the instrument and its final condition.

At MandoHarp we like to get to know our customers - we're musicians and we like to get to know other musicians. We love to talk with musicians whenever possible [probably a bit too much! :)].
