Welcome to MandoHarp Australia's Web site. We moved to new premises in Nambucca Heads early last year and are still getting our new workshop and store facilities set up properly. Our online shopping facilities have now been open for over four years and we're still very busy adding new instrument displays. Please feel free to have a look around. We began stocking our inventory well over four and a half years ago now and there's plenty to look at with more being added every day.

Last year we were working really hard on the undersides of our web site. You won't see much difference on the top but underneath we're updating the structure of the site to allow us to soon provide direct shopping cart facilities and eventually provide more tailored access to the site for mobile devices. For the technically minded our next version vastly improves the css management and takes the site to xhtml1.0strict validation on all pages in preparation for content supply from php/MySQL in the following version.

At MandoHarp we play the instruments we sell! Each of our musician and craft associates has over thirty years experience within their area of expertise. MandoHarp supplies and repairs reed and string instruments for local music shops and individual musicians - we sell to our friends. At MandoHarp our pimary areas of expertise are Mandolins and Harmonicas, hence our name. We also have contracted associates who work with a wide range of instruments, especially folk. This is our first foray onto the internet and we look forward to meeting many new musical friends here. At MandoHarp we appreciate fine instruments and we want you to have them!

All MandoHarp instruments are tracked from the moment of their original creation or purchase. Each instrument is assessed by an expert musician when received and again before offering it for sale. A brief report is written and stored in our database for each item, noting paticularly our expert assessment on receipt, any work performed on the instrument and its final condition.
